Frequently Asked Questions
If a refund is requested within the first 24 hours, a refund in the amount of your total package cost minus a $500 cancellation fee will be provided.
If a refund is requested after that timeframe, it will be deteremined if any refund will be given on a case by case basis.
Purcahses can also be transferred to other parties for use.
We will work dilligently with you throughout the approval process to do everything that we can to get your app pushed to the app stores.
If you are not initially approved, we will work with Apple and/or Google to make any adjustments to meet their approval.
On the extremely rare occasions that Google AND Apple refuse to publish your app, and we have exhausted all attempts of adjustments, you will be refunded in the amount of your total app package minus a $500 cancellation fee.
Each app is different, and therefore, production times vary. On average, once all requested content has been provided to us, an app will take about 2 weeks to complete. At that time, a draft will be provided to you, adjustments will be made, and the app will be pushed to Google and Apple for approval.
We understand that times are unpredictable. Every client will get a 30-day grace period which their app will not be removed from the Google & Apple App Stores. During this grace period, access to your client backend portal will be revoked, and therefore no further updates can be made. After 30 days, your app will be pulled down from the market. Upon payment, it will be resubmitted to Google and Apple and is subject another approval process.
